1. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Medical or Psychological Services: My services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

No Guaranteed Outcomes: Spiritual work involves personal interpretation and does not guarantee specific results. I take no responsibility for the actions of my clients, this includes the time during our sessions, and afterwards. Everyone is responsible for their own actions.

For Entertainment or Personal Development: The services I offer are due to legal reasons for entertainment purposes only.

2. Ethical Boundaries

I do not offer readings and any personal development work for minors without parental consent. (Clients have to be 18+ to book any personal work with me).

I do not provide predictions or guidance regarding legal, financial, health matters or any topics requiring professional advice; my readings are also explicitly not set in stone as every action my clients take might have an impact on their path in life they’re walking on (the vision or goals might change as well as their perspective etc.).

3. Client Responsibility

My clients are fully responsible for their own decisions and actions following the session.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The energy-readings are paid upfront - I’ll only start channeling the messages after I received the full payment for the reading. Since this is a personal and individual reading-service, I do not offer any refunds.

5. Confidentiality

All sessions are conducted in strict confidence. Any personal information shared during a session will remain private and will not be disclosed to third parties. (Please note the privacy policy of the used Apps/Programms such as WhatsApp and the email-service as they might have a different value system).

6. Compliance with Local Laws

VAT and Invoicing: All prices listed on this website are final and include applicable taxes. Pazment method is via Paypal.

Right of Withdrawal: Under German law, consumers have the right to withdraw from contracts within 14 days of booking. However, this right is waived once the service begins upon the customer’s request.

Consumer Protection: Compliance with any local consumer protection laws applicable to spiritual services is ensured.

7. Ethical Marketing and Claims

The services offered are based on the provider's intuitive and spiritual connection. While insights are given with care and sincerity, the accuracy or outcome of the guidance cannot be guaranteed.

8. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data collected for the purpose of providing the service will be handled in compliance with the GDPR. For more details, please read the Privacy policy of this website.

9. Spiritual Tools Disclaimer

The provider may use spiritual tools (as an example tarot cards) as part of the session. These tools are intended to support intuitive guidance and should not be interpreted as predictive or absolute.

10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If one or more of the provisions listed herein are found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
